Free shipping is offered for all Australian orders over $150. A shipping cost of $10 is charged for orders $150 and under. If you require express shipping within Australia there will be a charge. For international shipping please contact us at info@adabox.com.au

How can I track my order?

Shortly after your parcel is shipped, you will be provided with tracking details including a link to click through to monitor the status and expected delivery date. Please feel free to contact us at info@adabox.com.au to confirm the status of your order or if you have any queries or need clarification about your order.

Return Policy

At Ada Box we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for change of mind we accept returns for refund on full priced items, you must notify us in writing at info@adabox.com.au within seven days of the date of delivery. We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart. We recommend that you use a postage service that has tracking details and insure the value of the goods as we are unable to accept responsibility for items when in transit to us.

If you have given us the required notice in writing within seven days of delivery we will be happy to process an exchange/refund for your item providing:

* It is received within 21 days of date of purchase

* The item is in the same condition as when purchased (the product is free from any defects including odours and make up, not washed, not worn)

* The product is returned with its original tags attached and is returned in its original packaging

* We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.

* We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if above policies are not followed

SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE.

How do I return something?

All you need to do is:

1. Read Return Policy

2. Contact Ada Box (info@adabox.com.au) within 7 days of delivery to advise that you wish to return, refund or exchange an item/s.

3. Please take care when returning the item and repack this as similar to as it was received.

4. Please go to your local post office and mail your return to:

Why hasn’t my order been confirmed?

Just make sure you have completed your purchase and checked out. You will receive an order number on the last page once you have completed your purchase. If you have your order number, you might also want to check your junk/ spam folder. If there has been a glitch with the sending of the confirmation email it may have been undeliverable. Please contact ADA BOX at info@adabox.com.au and we will confirm the status of your order and if payment has been processed.

What timeframe is my order processed and delivered?

All orders are packed and sent from Brisbane within one business day. Standard shipping within Australia to most major city centres is 3-4 days from time of placing your order. If you require faster delivery, please select “express shipping”.

What can I do if I have changed my email address?

Please email us at info@adabox.com.au so that your details can be amended. Please provide us with your old and new email address and this will be updated and you will be advised via email of when completed.
